100 Day Project Wrap-Up: 100 Tiny Pieces, 9 Years Strong & One Final Process Video

Nine years ago, I started this journey. Today, I stitched piece number 100.

Weeks 14 and 15 brought me to the finish line of my ninth year doing the 100 Day Project. One hundred tiny pieces, each stitched with intention, scraps, and the kind of energy that changes depending on the day.

The Journey

There were moments I cruised.

There were weeks I paused.

And then... I kept going.

Between travel, personal stuff, and all the natural ups and downs of a long creative commitment, I allowed myself to take breaks when I needed and show up when I could. Giving myself grace made all the difference.

And now? I've got an incredible little collection of 100 EmbellishBits that reflect not just what I made, but how I moved through the season.

The Final Days

These last two weeks included Days 92 through 100. Some were slow, some came together easily, and Day 100 felt like the perfect time to hit record.

Capturing the Moment

I filmed the process of creating the final piece, right down to the last stitch. Join me for this quiet moment of creation:

A New Chapter Begins

Now that the 100 are done, I'm going to take a breath and start sorting. I'll be keeping some of my favorites, gifting a few to friends, and yes—offering others for sale soon.

This collection feels like one big love letter to process, play, and persistence.

The Final Nine

Days 92 - 100: Each one a step closer to the finish line.

Week Fourteen & Fifteen

Looking Forward

And yes, I'm already thinking about what year 10 might look like. It might shift—in year ten I might shake things up and instead of "producing" 100 pieces of something, I might challenge myself to practice a new skill. We'll see how I feel in 8 months.

A Note of Gratitude

Whether you've been here from Day 1 or just dropped in for Day 100, I'm so glad you've followed along. This project continues to anchor me in my creativity and challenge me in the best way.

Until then, I hope you keep making things.

Small things.

Imperfect things.

The kind of things that remind you what you're capable of.

Because that's what these 100 days have taught me, once again.
