Why do you create?

I create to express myself, to bring beauty into the world, and to tap into my wild side! Creating isn’t just something I do… it’s who I am. Art allows me to give form to my deepest feelings and ideas and share that part of myself with others.

I’m happiest in the studio, elbow-deep in stacks of paper with paint all over my hands. Making bright, bold, colorful mixed-media art lights me up inside! My art incorporates a diverse range of mediums, from vintage papers to wax crayons to pastels, into my signature layered collages and handmade art journals.
