Points of Two - Week Two...

Points of Two is a year-long exploration into the differences in all of us. We aim to journal focusing on the same idea, but create very different pages – two points of view, two different styles, brought together to showcase the idea that there is no wrong way to journal and everything you create is art. Join us as we journal the year, creating and exploring the space between and discovering how small that gap really is. The "two" are:  Me and Kira!

This week Kira and I focused on the things we want to accomplish in 2010!  Once again, I created my page digitally, but used paper that I created with paints and stencils and scanned into the computer.  I love the versatility of using my art in many different ways!

Visit Kira's blog to read more about her journal page and how she approached it!

Each Friday, Kira and I will be sharing our artwork with the 'Points of Two' project. We will be posting our idea for the week on our blog's around Monday, so tune in and play along with us!

Have a  blessed day!

I like the art that each of you create; your different styles are so appealing and make me want to know more. That's the thing with art journaling... There's much detail and yet much is withheld at the same time. You say "I want to be more organized" which leaves me wondering how you intend to accomplish that. I just want to know more! That's a good thing. It isn't for me to know any more than you feel comfortable sharing online but thes simple statements give me a hint about what's in your head as we start this new decade.
I can't express how much I admire your digital art; it's beyond me.
I'm SO enjoying your weekly collaboration. Thanks for sharing it.
