Mail Art for a Friend...
Sunday, November 15, 2009 at 12:10PM Hello! Had Art Day with Sandi on Friday and I worked on some more mail art pieces. We had not met in a while, so I did more talking than creating! I created this piece 'for a new friend' of mine!
Things are busy for me as I am sure they are for everyone. I have a big deadline coming up in early December for a book being published. I was asked to submit a few projects, so I am hunkering down to get busy. I won't have time to do much else, so it might be quiet here for a little while!

Loving all your mail art...and I laughed -- you did more talking than art while with Sandi since you hadn't seen one another for awhile. Love that...it would be so "me"!!! :)

Your work is amazing. Between you and Mary Ann and Patty doing all this collage with the sewing machine I'm convinced I have to get back to doing some of the same. My life before painting and collage was all about sewing so it's time to mix it up some more. Thanks for the inspiration... and for you kind words about my gray painting.
