The song mentioned in the video is actually by Lucy Woodward and is called "What's Good For Me."

I really loved watching this! I also make altered books and teach workshops at my studio. The first one I made was when my mom died. It truly helped me heal. It is on my blog here. http://www.colleenattara.com/altered-books/
I love the spine of this book and all the little pages. I also love the cover and how you cut it out. You make me want to get in the car and drive to my studio right now and work on an altered book....
Happy to meet you here!

Loved the video! I believe that the song verse is from "What's Good For Me" by Lucy Woodward.
What timing! I've been wondering if you still offer the Urban Journal workshop and your video was posted as I searched out your website - what luck!! Your website and shop look AMAZING and I see lots of fun goodies I'm itching to buy to use in my own mixed media work =-) It's clear you've been quite busy at your site since my last visit...
I hope to do your Urban Journal class as soon as I can get some functioning Internet at home to watch the video material...sadly, I can not afford to have Internet at home due to a job layoff, but I might try to do this class from my boyfriends home since he has dsl! =-D
