A peek at my work table...

...reveals trimmed pieces of a vintage quilt.  These beauties will soon become journals and pouches.

I confess it is hard to focus my attention too long on one thing.  I am so glad I like a variety of mediums so when I get a bit bored with one, I can move to another.  Last week I cleaned my desk of all its papers and inks and now it is piled with fabrics. Everything would be so perfect if I had an unending supply of thread-covered bobbins! :)

If only it was possible to have the endless filled bobbins so one could keep sewing without having to make new ones! I can't wait to see how the quilt journals turn out =-)

*laughs* I'm sooo like that...but now you have me wanting to sew! Maybe I'll pull out my machine today to make some of the pencil cases I've wanted to make for the last....forever!! Love the journals you're making....<3
