Beyond Doodle Painting...
Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 4:23PM Last week I began taking Traci Bautista's free on-line workshop Doodles Unleashed, sponsored by Strathmore. Motivated to create another painting, I found myself a little unhappy with the outcome and decided I might like it better if it were photocopied and pieces of it used to create other projects. I believe in leveraging my work and wanted to show a few ways in which that can be done!
Have a blessed day!

What absolute fun....thanks for the inspiration! I needed a good jolt of it on this rainy day. I love how you "leverage" your work. Lots of ideas swirling in this brain right now!
Thank you for the great video with ideas for using parts of your doodle painting. I am enjoying the Strathmore workshops, too.
Wow! Awesome projects and fantastic video!! I just love your work. I've been following Traci's workshop too but have yet to give her techniques a try. You've definately inspired me to get going and start doodling. I love how you were able to get alot of mileage from your photocopied art. I was wondering what kind of printer do you use? My copies never come out as vibrant and colorful as your copies did. Thanks for the inspiration!

Wow, Roben-Marie! These are some great ways to use our doodle art for a variety of projects. Can I ask you what type of paper are you printing your copies out on. They seem to have a bit of a sheen to them in the video.
