Points of Two - Week 42...

Hello and welcome to week fourty-two of the Points of Two Project! This week we each worked our own interpretation of "Set in Blocks."  I decided to make six blocked out sections on my page. I began the background of my page with gesso and then added some acrylic inks.  Next, I painted the blocks with gesso and colored the areas around the blocks with oil pastels.  I scribbled with a pencil, added rub-on numbers, doodled, stitched on a paper heart and journaled to finish my page.

this is a great page. your set of blocks combined with gesso and pastel really give it a wonderful feeling. i feel like journaling on it myself. enjoy your weekend.
